A few shops may be authorized by the manufacturer to service more than one type of machine, and this is fine as well. But if you do have a warranty, make sure that you only take it to a proper dealer, or you may not get the free repairs and maintenance that come as a part of your warranty! This could be very costly to you in both the short and the long run, so be careful how you care for your vacuum cleaner.
